The Republicans will have a multitude of challenges ahead of them to just maintain their current numbers in the United States Senate. Senator George Voinovich of Ohio has been an above average United States Senator and more importantly is a "moderate" Republican. The Democrats stand a better than even money opportunity to take Voinovich's seat and add to the Democrat majority in The United States Senate. It is important to have some balance and moderation in the Senate. While I would agree that this Senate seat will most probably move to the Democrats side of the ledger I am concerned that too many Politicians from one Political Party will "screw up the process" required to get our country back on the right foot.
